We would suggest sending via special delivery at your own cost and you can then supply us with a tracking number if you wish to. All responsibility for sending lies with you. Do not send it all in case it’s lost in the post, keep some behind incase we need to request more incase of a postage issue.

The handcrafted nature of our jewellery is what makes each piece unique. Slight inconsistencies are a natural part of the design.
Water, chlorine, disinfectants, antibacterial soaps, hand cream or alcohol products can tarnish your jewellery so please do take great care.
To clean your jewellery, wipe it with a soft untreated cloth, or if you wish you could use a resin polish.
High heat, especially during summer can be damaging so we always recommend to please store in a cool place.
